Aim
The student
- looks critically into current research topics in the fields of human resources and organizations.
- trains his / her presentation skills.
- learns to get his / her ideas and insights across in a focused and concise way, both in oral and written form, and to sum up the crucial facts.
- cultivates the discussion of research approaches.
Workload
The total workload for this course is: approximately 90 hours.
