Students of the KIT Department of Economics and Management excel in interdisciplinary competencies at the interfaces of economics, computer science, and engineering. The KIT Department of Economics and Management maintains a strong partner network and supports companies in their search for the talents of tomorrow. With about 3,800 students, the KIT Department of Economics and Management is one of the largest at KIT.

Our Partners 2024/2025
msg invites students to the Code & Create Hackathon event. The task is to develop a functional social media platform for specific communities. The application deadline is 06.11.
In addition, msg offers students workshops to get to know the project management methods Scrum, Kanban, the creativity technique Design Thinking, as well as the programming language Kotlin. Travel costs to the workshops will be covered.
About the Workshops
We are pleased to welcome the msg group as a new partner of our Study Program Information Systems in our partner network from the winter semester 2024/25. The msg group offers comprehensive IT services - from transformation consulting to the implementation of suitable solutions (AI, cloud, etc.) to operation. We look forward to the exchange and exciting events with msg.

Was will ich studieren?
Immer mehr Studienangebote, eine zunehmend differenzierte Hochschul- und Berufswelt und ein Informationsdschungel erschweren eine Studienentscheidung. Diese Veranstaltung richtet sich an Schülerinnen und Schüler, die eine sinnvolle Studienfachwahlstrategie kennen lernen wollen.
Wie kann man sich ein persönliches Profil erarbeiten, mit dessen Hilfe man passende Studiengänge findet? Der gewählte Studiengang sollte vor allem den eigenen Interessen, Fähigkeiten und Berufszielen entsprechen.
Wie findet man die für sich passende Hochschulart und den richtigen Hochschulort? Je besser man über die Wunschstudiengänge und -berufe Bescheid weiß, umso unwahrscheinlicher ist es, dass man unangenehme Überraschungen erlebt.
Welche Informationsmöglichkeiten helfen, um eine fundierte Entscheidung treffen zu können?
Einzelne Studiengänge und Berufsfelder werden nicht vorgestellt.
Die Veranstaltung findet in deutscher Sprache statt. Eine Anmeldung ist nur bis 12.00 Uhr am Vortag möglich.
Hinweis: Die Veranstaltungen finden über zoom statt. Zeitnah vor Veranstaltungsbeginn wird der Link zum Meetingraum per Email an die bei der Anmeldung benutzten Emailadresse verschickt.
