Students of the KIT Department of Economics and Management excel in interdisciplinary competencies at the interfaces of economics, computer science, and engineering. The KIT Department of Economics and Management maintains a strong partner network and supports companies in their search for the talents of tomorrow. With about 3,800 students, the KIT Department of Economics and Management is one of the largest at KIT.

Our Partners 2024/2025
msg invites students to the Code & Create Hackathon event. The task is to develop a functional social media platform for specific communities. The application deadline is 06.11.
In addition, msg offers students workshops to get to know the project management methods Scrum, Kanban, the creativity technique Design Thinking, as well as the programming language Kotlin. Travel costs to the workshops will be covered.
About the Workshops
We are pleased to welcome the msg group as a new partner of our Study Program Information Systems in our partner network from the winter semester 2024/25. The msg group offers comprehensive IT services - from transformation consulting to the implementation of suitable solutions (AI, cloud, etc.) to operation. We look forward to the exchange and exciting events with msg.

Du stehst vor einer mündlichen Nachprüfung und einem drohenden Prüfungsanspruchsverlust? Oder du hast bereits den Prüfungsanspruch verloren und fragst dich, was nun passiert und welche Möglichkeiten dir nun noch bleiben? Dann besuche diese Veranstaltung! Hier wird geklärt
- was die rechtlichen Konsequenzen des Prüfungsanspruchsverlusts sind
- ob und wie du den Prüfungsanspruch wiederherstellen kannst
- welche Alternativen zu deinem jetzigen Studiengang möglich sind
- wie es mit einem Fach- oder Hochschulwechsel aussieht.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, alle deine individuellen Fragestellungen zu klären und mit den anderen Betroffenen in den engeren Austausch zu gehen.
Die Veranstaltung findet in deutscher Sprache statt. Eine Anmeldung ist noch bis 12.00 Uhr am Veranstaltungstag möglich.
Hinweis: Die Veranstaltung findet über zoom statt. Zeitnah vor Veranstaltungsbeginn wird der Link zum Meetingraum per Email an die bei der Anmeldung benutzten Emailadresse verschickt.
